OSCE Training Seminar in Kazakhstan Focuses on Contraband Detectors

Campbell/Harris Security Equipment Company (CSECO) provides training on the CT-40 Contraband Team Detection Kit, the Buster Density Meter, and the Perfect Vision V20 Videoscope Inspection System to police forces and law enforcement agencies that purchase our products.

Our new clients may want to conduct the instruction, training, and seminar at CSECO’s facilities at absolutely no charge. For some who would like the trainings to be held at their own facility, CSECO will visit their offices for a standard training fee plus other expenses.

A day of training includes hands-on classroom participation as well as practical demonstrations on the use of our products. A full day will be spent on items like the Contraband Team Inspection Kits that feature the Buster K910G Density Meter and Perfect Vision Videoscope Inspection System among other items.

CSECO is also open to conducting trainings and seminars not just in the United States but in also many other countries. One recent overseas seminar took place in the country of Kazakhstan. A three-day seminar on the CT-30 Contraband Team Inspection Kit trained the border service agents how to inspect vehicles crossing the border. The seminar was held on December 8, 2014 in Kordai, a village bordering Kyrgyzstan.

The training course was jointly organized by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Center in the Kazakh capital of Astana, and the Border Service of the Committee for National Security of Kazakhstan. 20 border service agents learned to use the Buster Density Meter and other contraband detection equipment. The aim was to help them identify hidden contraband in vehicles that pass through national borders. The CSECO team shared their knowledge and expertise on using the contraband detection tools to help the Kazakh border agents detect, identify, and seize hidden contraband.

The seminar was part of OSCE’s idea of combating nationwide organized crime, and also aimed to provide better training and equipment for the law enforcement agents patrolling the border checkpoints in Kazakhstan.

International law enforcement may contact CSECO by email at info@cseco.com to learn more about the Buster Density Meter, other contraband detection equipment, or about setting up training for the equipment at their location.

Tony Harris, President and CEO, and Pat Campbell, founder, of CSECO explain about the Buster density meter and other contraband detectors.
